Spending a little extra on high quality fixtures that retain their looks for years is a practical investment that will add to your home value in the long run. As life gets busier and more complicated, home buyers look for homes with luxurious bathrooms that double as personal sanctuaries of quiet.
Even if you can do without a tub in your bath you can't possibly neglect installing a shower. A bath shower remodel depends first and foremost on the space available to you. If you have a large bath, no restrictions apply, and you can quickly turn your shower into a personal spa. Choices in shower stalls in these days are extensive, and range from large 2 person stalls that eliminate the need for waiting for your turn, and spa-like stalls with a ledge to sit on. If you are looking at a cast iron alcove tub, your bathroom model will include reinforcing the floor to support the weight of the tub. If you have a smaller bathroom, a corner tub that can be triangular or in other shapes, fitted into a corner can give you the luxury of a tub, while still leaving you with plenty of space. Free standing tubs can be placed anywhere in the room, and they look especially grand while installed in the middle of a bathroom. The claw footed antique style is still a must in classic bathrooms, while sleek granite and marble stand alone tube are perfect for sophisticated baths. If you desire a cast iron claw footed tub, your bath tub remodeling will have to include floor buttressing.

We own an old home (1942) near downtown / heights area, around 1110 sq. ft. We have plenty of room on our lot to add a master suite in the place of our second driveway, we would also like to add on the utility to have it inside the home instead of out in the garage. I have plans drawn up but need blueprints done, I am an interior designer so I have a pretty good idea of what I want but am definitely open to idea's / changes. We are excited about making this addition to our home sometime in the next year, we'll have to before we have a second child. I am buying a house and need the garage remodeled. It is a 2 door garage made from brick and stone and I need a door put in on the side and a dividing wall inside with a door. I want to be able to still open the existing door.
